Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tub TJ’s Mirepoix (14.5 oz)
- 1 box TJ’s Chicken Broth Concentrate, reconstituted (3 quarts)
- 1 bag TJ’s Frozen party meatballs (20 oz)
- 1 bag TJ’s Pannette Pasta (16 oz)
- 1 bag TJ’s Spinach (12 oz)
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Heat the oil and saute the garlic and Mirepoix for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the chicken broth, meatballs and pasta and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese as a garnish.

This recipe is loved by everyone who tries it! I’ve even made it vegetarian using vegetable broth and veggie meatballs.
I’ve tried it with smaller pasta with little luck; they absorb the broth and change the consistency of the soup to porridge.
