Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup quick oats
mix-ins!
Oven Directions
1Grease a cookie sheet, or line with parchment paper, and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2Mix together the bananas, oats, and mix-ins (whatever you decide to add, stick to ¼ cup or less, or the dough won’t stick together).
3Scoop dough onto the prepared cookie sheet.
4Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.
Air Fryer Directions
5Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees F for 3 minutes.
6Mix together the bananas, oats, and mix-ins (whatever you decide to add, stick to ¼ cup or less, or the dough won’t stick together).
7Scoop dough onto a small square of parchment paper that will fit in the air fryer basket.
8Air fry at 300 degrees for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
