Delicious cold pasta salad from our fave salad bar restaurant! (Adapted from: https://copykat.com/souper-salad-fettuccine-salad/)
Ingredients
8 oz fettuccine, cooked
½ cup corn kernels, cooked
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
Directions

Mix pasta and corn in a bowl.

Mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix well.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.

Tried this with a frozen 12oz bag of zucchini spirals, and there was too much sauce. It's probably best to stick to fettuccine, or lots more zucchini!
